Reagan Horton is a first year Math teacher and graduated from the University of North Georgia. Mrs. Horton was born in Oakwood, Georgia and attended high school at West Hall in Gainesville, Georgia. 

Mrs. Horton is the Head Coach for the Junior Varsity Volleyball team and she said her goal was to win it all. She has been an active member in the sport of Volleyball she played on the Varsity team in High School. She pushes her athletes to be the best they can with different drills in practice. “Winning our first JV Volleyball game was the proudest moment so far this year.” Said Horton. “Trying to keep a positive attitude in class for the kids is my goal.”

Mrs. Horton has a standard in her class that keeps her students motivated and passionate about learning. She maintains a positive attitude in her classroom which encourages her students to do better. Through her time at East, Mrs. Reagan Horton has gained an impressive style of teaching, and has always adapted to fun ways for the students to learn.

In her free time, Mrs. Horton said that she enjoys hanging out on Lake Lanier and has a big passion for Volleyball. Growing up, she lived by the lake, which allowed her to go out with friends on the lake. During High School, Mrs. Horton played Basketball, Volleyball, and Soccer. She always mentioned having a passion for her friends and family.
